How To Identify Time Killers: Essential Time Management Help

November 08, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

We all know time is precious but, let’s examine the somewhat strange idea of ‘Time Killers’. There are a lot of time killers in this world and what you have to do is identify these time killers, look out for them and stay wary of them. Only then can you put your available time to the maximum possible use.

The killers that I am referring to are quite simple every day things that we see and use in our lives but often do not realize how much of our time they take away.

Some terrible Time Killers:
Telephone calls
Chatter boxes
Traffic jams
Finding parking spaces
Meetings
Bad machinery
Long queues

The list could, of course, go on and on. But before we keep adding to the list, I would like to elaborate on certain of the items mentioned above.

How to handle Time Killers.
Telephone calls.
The funny thing about telephone calls is that these instruments are indeed great time savers. The problem arises when telephones are not used properly. the majority of people do not understand and even if they do they forget that telephones are not to be used for lengthy conversations. A fundamental of a telephone conversation is that it should be brief.

Now coming to cell phones there is a lot to be said and done. Turn off your cell phone when you are having a conversation or a discussion with more than one person. Often we tend to give more importance to the caller than to the person we were having the discussion with. Again the same rule applies here. Be brief. A cell phone is to be used to get an important message across to someone who you were not able to reach on the land line.

The next point is about those chatter boxes. Steer clear of such people. Believe me, it is much easier to avoid such people than to tell them to shut up and if you get a telephone call from such a person, use a caller ID facility or ask your secretary to divert the call.

Traffic jams and finding parking spaces.
Any one who has lived in the city for at least a day will know what I am talking about. There is no getting past a traffic jam at the rush hour. And will someone tell me why it is called the rush hour when that is the time when the traffic is the slowest and rush hour seems to last two or three hours!
The only thing you can do is anticipate the traffic jam and leave your home a half hour or one hour early. But that does not really keep the time killer at bay. It just helps you to avoid being late. In this respect you have two options. Either you could find something constructive to do while you wait for the traffic to move along or the traffic light to change or a better option would be to take subway and walk the rest of the way. You can get a long a lot faster on your feet and it is a lot better for your health as well.
By doing so, you can also get rid of the headache of finding a parking space.

Not surprisingly lengthy meetings and discussions can prove to be awful time killers particularly if the meeting does not have a clear agenda and if there are people who love to talk among the group. It has been found that most middle and senior level mangers spend nearly 70% of their work time talking. And in most organizations, parleying has been turned into a fine art.

Bad machinery is a time waster. How many of us have wanted to sit and scream and bang the daylights out of a pc that does not give us the required data or information. A computer that takes a long time to start up, a photocopier that gives shamefully faint photocopies, even a leaky faucet or a stubborn drawer or door knob can waste a lot of time and send us up the wall. If you have such equipment or machinery, get it changed at the earliest possible date. It is worth the amount of time and energy that you waste on it every day.

Long queues certainly waste a lot of time. That does not mean that you should jump the queue. If you can get the job done over the telephone or can reserve your ticket in advance, do it, even if it means a few extra dollars, it is worth the time you may have to spend waiting.

Apart from these each person may have particular time wasters, like for instance, a car that refuses to start in the morning, difficult hair that insists on looking like Medusas head on a bad snake day, an elevator that takes for ever to reach your floor. Use your common sense and try to find alternate methods or even better, if you cannot find an alternate method, you could put the time to some use like read your morning paper in the elevator.

Five Ways To Succeed In Life

November 03, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

What does it take to become A Better You? What is it that separates the successful and the rest of the world? Can it bethat some people are just born ‘with it’ and some are genetically predisposed to being less fortunate?

Of course, there are many factors which can influence what we become in life, but one of the most important key factors is commitment to get hold of whatever we have set our minds on. The resolute commitment will then fuel us to take action. It will push us to lands unexplored , it will push us to uncover the success we seek and keep trying. And as we continue to try, one thing is certain; we will get better. For as long as we stay on course, success are certain.

Consuming desire is the driving force of any vision. It transcends obstacles and sees way beyond problems. It is desire that inspires our actions and is the source of our faith. Abraham desired to be a father, that desire was so strong and gave him the strength to believe in what the Lord had promised. Abraham was not willing to give up his desire, he held on to it despite his age.

Whatever it is you want to experience, know that it is the power of your commitment that will bring your dreams to life. Regardless of how unimaginable the potential may be, if we stay focused and hold on tenaciously to our vision with unwavering faith, what we desire can be actualised. Winning All The Time can be a reality in our lives.

Discover how to realise your dreams by waking up to the power of commitment. You can be an expert, you can see your dream come to life, you can succeed, you can, you can, you can! Your determination can mean the difference between being successful or being a loser. You can be be an achiever!

12 Practical Ways To Organize

October 29, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

Go on,admit it! On occasions you can be overrun by seemingly endless streams of paperwork and wonder if you will ever be able to sort out it all. Emails or Ezines that you want to keep, on the Internet, school papers, notes of ideas that popped into your head as you waited to have a tooth filled, newspaper clippings. etc etc .. You just file and file and file and then forget where that ONE article was that you required to complete the project that was due last week! Phew! It is all exhausting.

Being a list person is a great help. If you are busy juggling a 9 to 5 work life, family time, a home-based business and taking care of your home, as well as having some hobbies — well it’s time to start thinking about becoming a list enthusiast.

Time to simplify your life! For all of the super-busy people in this world, there are a number of very clever and yet Establish a time limit for each telephone call and make sure you tell your caller. That way you save yourself lots of stress from trying to end the telephone call. This will also aid your caller in condensing the information they would like you to hear. This one sounds meticulous but is a big saver.

3) Use Waiting Time: The next time you visit your dentist, or while waiting for your dinner to cook, use the time to catch up on reading or planning. When that is done use, the time to sort, tidy or just think.

4) Give Thanks: The next time someone helps you out with something, make sure you offer praise. This can be to a subordinate, co-worker or to a member of the family for any effort you have noticed. They will be happy to help you again, next time you need them.

5) Do it Now! Do not allow for the luxury of procrastination. If you do, this will only stress you out when you think about that hateful “to do” item on your list. You will end up blowing your “to do” list right out of proportion and it will become almost impossible to accomplish. Start by tackling the largest or most disliked job first, dividing it up into manageable tasks. At this stage, the other jobs will be a breeze!

6) Administrate Chores: Delegate those tasks that you have no time for or team up with someone who can help you the most.

7) Make a Group Effort: Save time and footwork by collecting everything to bring with you to complete errands or to distribute in each room of the house instead of making too many trips. Make a fast list while planning out your route and be sure to plan each stop along the way so you do not have to backtrack and lose time.

8) Schedule in Some Me Time! Take the time just for YOU. Allot some time in your week and even make an appointment for yourself and keep it, even if it’s only a leisurely 20 minute bubble bath or a 30 minute stroll in the fresh spring air!

9) Make More Space: Go through your complete file system and then throw out any old unneeded files to free up space in your filing system.

10) Deal with it Only Once: Handle each letter and each piece of paper only once. Read it and file it, redirect it to somewhere else, schedule it in your daily planner or toss it. Do not add it to a never-ending pile on your desk in the hope that you will get to it eventually. You WILL NOT!

11) Be your own Post-Master: Use those handy sticky notes to write errands needing to be done. Stick them to your front door or your fridge, to remind you as you are headed out. These work great!

12) Be your own Systems Engineer: You simply find there is too much time wasted every day on searching for things. Find a new procedure that works for you and your lifestyle and then apply it to absolutely everything! Use it like clockwork and you will find new time slots you never thought existed!

Unbiased Guidebook to Understanding Relationship - Meditation Training Basics

October 29, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

This is a basic start and may seem boring to some but it is a necessary start.

Ok, well we will start with the most important lesson of all PROTECTION. But to properly learn protection we must learn how to breath.

For those who have some knowledge I want you to forget what you have learnt as this is possibly disinformation used to enslave your souls.

Lesson 1

The breath,

Lets start with a little intro. The tarot deck starts with the Fool, the rest of the cards symbolise his journey through to enlightenment.

The Fool is often holding a flute and this symbolises the mastery of the breath. This is the first lesson to achieve enlightenment.

Technique 1:

Inhale slowly through your nose, visualise and imagine energy being drawn in to your base chakra (the bottom of your spine, the tail ) and with this inhale, draw up that energy through the 7 chakra’s to the crown charka illuminating each one. (just imagine this, in time you will be able to see without having to imagine it) Do not worry about the colours you can just use each chakra as the colour of the sun as this is purifying and empowering the charka unblocking any negativity.

Where the chakra’s are on the human body? From the bottom up is, the base chakra, reproductive area, the stomach, the heart, the throat, the 3rd eye and then the crown chakra.

2. Hold for a count of four for new people, a count of ten and for advanced meditators. This should be the same count throughout the meditation.

3. Exhale slowly through your nose and visualize and focus upon energy being drawn into your crown chakra and with the exhale, direct this energy back down through all of your chakras to the base, illuminating each one.

Technique 2

THE BREATH OF FIRE, known as “Kapalabhati” (purification of the nasal passage and lungs)

1. Contract your abdominal muscles, forcefully, creating an exhale (don’t hold your breath), by sucking your stomach in real hard and fast. Immediately relax and air will enter the top part of your lungs by itself. Use the rapid contractions of your abdominal muscles to inhale and exhale with this exercise. The contractions should be rhythmic.

2. Practice a few times, and get a feel for it.

3. Do 20 in a row, in and out, using your abdominal muscles in rapid succession at the end of the 20th breath, exhale, inhale and fill your lungs, contract your anus, lower your chin to your chest, hold your breath as long as you comfortably can - DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF!

4. Exhale slowly.

The above constitutes one round. The exhalation should be brief, and the inhalation should be passive and longer. Rounds are increased by adding the number of pumps with your abdominal muscles. First, try doing three sets of 20 pumps and then after some time, increase to 30, then 40 until you are doing 60.

What this breathing exercise does:

1. It increases the amount of oxygen in the body

2. It increases the amount of heat - alchemists in the Gothic and medieval times were referred to as “puffers” and the bellows by the fireplace in alchemy paintings was symbolic of this exercise.

Do these excises at least twice a day.

I now need to brief you up on aura’s for the next part of the training so I will explain the aura in layman terms then get onto the exercises for protection.

Everything has an aura, whether it is living or inanimate. The aura is an energy field created by the vibrating atoms and molecules that comprise all matter. The universe itself vibrates to a certain frequency and the gravity that holds everything together is electromagnetic in nature. Everyone’s aura is as unique as his or her own fingerprints. No two auras are alike. The aura can be used to protect, attract, influence, maim, or even kill. This field of bioelectricity surrounding living things can be programmed using the power of one’s mind.

Those who are trained and have an active third eye can see auras clearly and discern much personal information just by reading the colour, strength, size and shape of one’s aura. I will teach you to see and read aura’s later.

To strengthen and build your aura, you must take in energy. This can be done through power meditation. The Energy Meditation is excellent for charging up your aura.

Hatha (physical) Yoga and Tai Chi also help to strengthen and build the aura. Both of these disciplines tend to balance the auric energies as well.

Cleaning your aura is very important. A clean healthy aura strengthens the immune system and prevents harmful energies from invading one’s body. Nearly all harmful entities are invisible to the naked eye. Energies, as most physicists know, can be broken down into sub-atomic particles, for example, light can be broken down into photons. The energy radiated by a powerful aura will burn these harmful energies and entities up before they can do any harm. A powerful aura gives health, happiness, charisma, and energy. People with weak auras are usually in poor health and are depressed. Our personal energies act on our environments and direct our fate. People who have weak auras are usually prone to misfortune.

Lesson 2

Programming ones aura.

Start by shutting your eyes and breath in the colour of the sun. (If you have trouble imagining the colour of the sun please use electric blue instead)

With the inhale breathe let the colour meet in the middle of your body, packing it in brighter and brighter. With the exhale, keep expanding it. The energy should grow brighter and brighter.

Affirm: My aura is very powerful and is protecting me at all times. Always affirm as ‘in the now’. Eg: do not say ‘my aura will be’ as that is not in the now and all you are asking is that you will be… but when. Its all about the now.

This a good exercise to be done on a regular basis, for building a strong, protective energy field.

For health,

A lot of energy is needed for healing. Breathing in energy from the Sun is excellent for empowering one’s aura. The Sun also contains all of the colours of the chakra’s in their most pure and vibrant states. The Sun is one of the most powerful sources of energy there is. When one is ill, there is an imbalance in the chakras ruling over the body part/s that are injured or ill. To heal, you must work breath in the colour of the sun into the appropriate chakra.

Breathe in the colour of the sun into the ruling charka (if the problem is lungs the closest charka would be the heart) and affirm:

”I am breathing in __(name of color)__ energy that is balancing my __chakra__ and healing my_______.

Do this 4 times.

The auras of others can also be worked with and programmed.

Healing others:

Visualize a powerful white-gold (colour of the sun) aura surrounding and glowing about the loved one.

Affirm: I am putting powerful healing energy into ______’s aura; this energy is effectively fighting the _______ and restoring him/her to perfect health. In cases of serious illness, this may have to be done often every day. Healing others can be extremely draining. If you are inexperienced, remote healing is best.

From reading the above, you should by now be getting the idea and able to improvise your own affirmations.

The true colours you can use for protection are ONLY THESE.

1: Electric blue

2: The colour of the sun.

Please only use these colours for protection, You may have heard of use a bright white light, this was invented by the enemy to pinpoint people and steal energy. Do NOT use white.

I know this may sound incredibly boring for some but we have to start from the beginning. What I have just written is very basic so everyone from all levels can start. We will be getting to some very exciting training later on. This will include, Levitation, Telekinesis, Mind reading, becoming clairvoyant/audient to name but a few.

Do these excises at least twice a day.

Telepathy: How To Communicate With Your Higher Self

October 27, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

If you think telepathy is about psychic experiments that take place between “sender” and “receiver”, or that telepathy is just for the “gifted” or people who have been struck by lightning, you’re not alone.

Unfortunately, that’s the general perception lots of people have about telepathy.

But telepathy is much more than that. And in fact, those types of tests actually dumb down the general public’s perception of what telepathy really is.

Telepathy, or feeling at a distance - which can be across town, across the country or world, or just plain across the room, takes place in two major formats.

And those who write about how to do telepathic influence often create further misconceptions by telling others to send telepathic verbal commands such as “like me” or “come here”.

Telepathy, however, works mostly on pictures and feelings.

And that also happens to be how the subconscious mind and the higher self communicate with each other: mental pictures and feelings.

Most people are not aware or do not know how to calibrate those communications so they think that their high self is some “thing” way out there in the distant yonder looking down on them sort of like a “God in heaven”, and they have to find some way to “hook up” or connect with their higher self.

But Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is within you.

And once you learn to recognize and calibrate the signals from your own subconscious mind and your higher self it is much easier to communicate.

Imagine if you were suddenly placed in a foreign country and couldn’t speak the language and couldn’t understand the language.

Telepathy is like that for most people: They don’t know how telepathy works, and they don’t know how to recognize it when it does work.

There’s a video on youtube about telepathy and how to contact your higher self. Check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rh7Um4K6w8g

Here Is A Self Improvement Book List

October 25, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

I was asked recently by someone posting on my self motivational blog what were the best self motivational books I have read. Although there are several thousand self motivational books published each year I have come to the conclusion that there is very little that can be added to the many words of self motivational wisdom that have been written over the last century and a half. From the early pioneers like Napoleon Hill to today’s monumental giants like Tony Robbins. It was said, I think by the latter of these two gurus, that we arrive on this planet without an instruction manual. I think for that reason alone there is not just a thirst for knowledge but a greater need for a guide to how to survive life which drives the market for self motivational books. You don’t need to have suffered a deep psychological trauma to want to invest in one of these guides. But for those who say you can’t deal with serious issues like depression then I disagree. Where my own doctor and a clinical psychologist were unable to help me a number of the books on my all time classic list gave me the support to get my life back on track. However its not reading self motivational books that gets results its taking action on the advice that is given therein. So my advice is read a small amount of self motivational books but take a lot of action if you want to significantly improve your life.
Can self motivational books bring happiness? Now there is a million dollar question! Depends on your definition of happiness of course. Many people would define it as achieving a certain amount of wealth. However as many wealthy people often say the wealth in and of itself doesn’t bring happiness. In addition have you ever noticed that wealthy people never seem satisfied with what they have got and continually seek to make more and more money. The truth is that happiness is not a destination it is more likely to be a state of continually striving to achieve goals, achieving them and setting more goals to strive to achieve. If thats your definition then I think self motivational books will help you and my list of all time classics have certainly helped me in that respect. There are many out there who will disagree with my choice of self motivational books and have their own favourites all I can say to them is that these are the ones that gave me the focus and the necessary poke in the ribs to take action and I still revisit them for ideas.

Integrity Before Success!

October 22, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

If you are going to be successful on the internet or any home business as far as that is concerned, then, integrity must come before your financial success. Many people are financially successful on the internet, but some have forgotten the meaning of true success.

As Jim Rohn (One of the all time favorite motivational speakers) says, quite often, it is far more important of who you are becoming, then, what you are earning. Jim even goes so far as to say that you should work toward becoming a millionaire, not for the money, but because of who you will become in achieving the goal.

The stress is on becoming a better person. A person who has integrity. Integrity is being able to be counted on, to be depended upon, if you say that you are going to provide a service or product for a certain amount of money, then you do it. You are looking out for your customers, as well as yourself.

In most cases your reputation will precede you! You may think that no one is discovering your flawed business manners, but actually, the word is spreading and on the net, it spreads quite rapidly. Visit Keynote Speaker for more information

One of the universal laws of success is that financial success follows hard work with honesty. In other words, “help enough people get what they want and you will find that you receive what you want.” However, if you are just looking out for you, you are only hurting yourself in the long run. Wouldn’t the internet be so much better if we were all watching out for each other?

One important lesson I have learned when it comes to making a sale is that people buy from those whom they trust. If they trust you they will buy from you. If your integrity is guiding you as you make your presentation to others it will come across to your potential buyer. You are more likely to make that sell with your integrity guiding you, then, any other aspect in your presentation. Visit Motivational Speaker for more information

It does not matter how well you intellectually present your service or product, if they detect flaws in your character you might as well close up your brief case and go home.

Perhaps, even of a greater reward for being a man or women of integrity is that you will sleep better at night just knowing you did your best to sincerely help others achieve their dreams. What can be more rewarding, then, to help others reach their goals?

If you have children, perhaps, that would be the ultimate reason to permit integrity to lead you. Your children will have someone that they can be proud of and more importantly someone whom they can trust! Visit Speaker

Essential Tips To Help You Get, And Stay, Organized.

October 20, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

The following are some timesaving tips to help you get, and stay, organized.

1. Use a day planner. These books used to be used only by the big CEO’s, or the school academic nut. Not so today! Look around for a bit before selecting one you like best. Make sure it suits your needs. You will find day planners available in all sizes and materials and sizes. Your planner will assist you to effectively lay out your day on paper, so you know where you are going and what you are doing. These days, planners come complete with money pouches, checkbook holders and computer disk carriers, so shopping around is certainly a good idea!

2. Use a family planner. Yes, buy another planner for your entire family. This way, everyone in the family knows what everyone else is up to and when. You can plan much better this way. Think about buying one those dry-erase boards available in most office stores. Mom can put her important luncheons on there, dad can put his coaching meetings, and the children can put their after-school activities on it. Place it up in a suitable location, which might be the refrigerator or somewhere in a high-traffic area.

3. Learn to just say “no.” You are just one person, after all and you cannot do everything! Exercise your stress management techniques by saying “no” occasionally when you are asked to do things that are of a very low priority to you.

4. Take time to enjoy yourself. What makes you the happiest? Spending time with your kids? Going out to the movies? Indulging at the spa? Going to sports or shows? Take some time to think of what you love to do most and then get out there and do it all! Book some “me time” in that great new planner you have purchased and treat it like an appointment with yourself! maybe doing something like gardening may sound like a bit of a chore, if you find it relaxing, pencil it in. Everything has a time of its own so make time for yourself.

5. Take time to do a good clean up. When was the last time you organized that junk drawer, or sorted through your fridge? Is it time to catch up? At the same time buy some new hooks and organize your purse and keys. When you walk in the door, they should be placed right there ready for next time. Chances are, you might be spending valuable time getting frustrated over missing items. Ensure everything is located easily with a place for everything. That way, you will know where to look next time. Perhaps invest in some organizers. They sure are worth while when you find your life just that much more organized. It certainly beats searching around for hours to find your keys!

Place to Read the Helpful Tips About Inspiration

October 14, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

Your 10 Steps - from Perspiration to Inspiration

Does everything feel like a struggle? Why not use inspiration to create energy that propels you up and over life’s inevitable speed bumps? Here are ten steps to get you started.

1. Be grateful: Create a list of the “50 Things I Am Grateful For Today.” Take a minute each morning to mentally express your gratitude for at least 5 things whether it’s the air you breathe, the clothes on your back, or those closest to you.

2. Celebrate and list every success: How would you like to have a boss who only ranted about what you did wrong or what you failed to achieve, never giving you credit for the wins? Take a look in the mirror and make sure you aren’t abusing yourself like a boss from hell. Keep a running list of your successes for the year and post it near your computer or nightstand.

3. Learn from your setbacks: Failure happens. Accept failure as something good, as proof that you are taking risks and stretching yourself. However, in addition to accepting the losses, you must go back and, like an unbiased scientist, ask yourself what went wrong. What will you do differently in the future? Mistakes are only truly valuable if you learn from them. Even if your home is a problem - this is just a ride, as Bill Hicks used to say.

4. Fill your glass: Forget the debate over whether the glass is half empty or half full! Why not take a pitcher and fill it up? Tackle every situation with the perspective that you can affect the outcome. Acknowledge that you have the power to choose. Even doing absolutely nothing or feeling sorry for yourself is a choice you make.

5. Look for role models: Who inspires you? Is there someone who walked in your shoes and faced similar battles? Maybe even someone who went on to become a superstar in his or her own life? Identify her but don’t put her up on a pedestal. Remember that she is a person just like you, who overcame the odds, or struggled through extreme hardship and persevered.

6. Become a visionary: You don’t have to be a guru to have a vision of the future. All it takes is a bit of imagination and the courage to reach for something bigger than your current reality. Give yourself at least 30 minutes to let your thoughts dig into this one. How does this vision of the future relate to your life today?

7. Identify the milestones: Set concrete goals for yourself that can be broken down into measurable pieces or milestones. If you want to lose 20 pounds, each 5-pound increment is the next milestone you should aim for and celebrate. Instead of shooting for a distant peak, it’s much more encouraging to set your sights on the corner at the end of the block.

8. Say it with pictures: Research says that 89% of what we learn is visual, 10% is auditory, and 1% comes through our other senses. Draw, photograph, or assemble a collage that represents your aim in life. Hang it on the wall or download it to your computer desktop as a reminder of what you’re working towards.

9. Play: If you feel like you’re toiling, take a break and interject some fun. Do something ridiculous. If you can’t think of anything, spend an hour or two watching 4-year olds play. Learn to enjoy the journey even more than the destination.

10. Ride the wave of change - don’t run from it: Like death and taxes, change is inevitable. However, resistance to change is common and causes untold amounts of struggle. Become a master evolutionist—respond to change eagerly and rapidly.

We all need a push once in a while. Choose instead to latch onto inspiration as a force that pulls you forward and you’ll discover that success can be effortless.

Gratitude

October 09, 2008 By: blogger Category: Self Help & Spirituality No Comments →

Gratitude and the Law of Attraction work to create abundance in your life, even when you do not know how this principle works. Knowing how this principle works is to be using the Law of Attraction to actively create a life that is truly prosperous and in harmony with the universe. Gratitude or appreciation of what we already have is necessary to attract things we want.

Gratitude and the Law of Attraction Resources

The Law of Attraction is not just a metaphysical idea; it is also a theory that has been proven to work. Science has discovered through quantum physics that there is a very real law of nature, bringing back to use what we think about.

Every day when you wake up try to be thankful. Think about the good things in your live you should be thankful for.
Appreciate your job (even if you don’t like it). Feel gratitude for a place to live. If you have some food, some friends or anything else you can find to appreciate, appreciate it. A lot of people don’t have enough even basic things like food, water and their own place to live. It’s natural that you want more, that you want to improve your standard of life, but first you need to feel gratitude for what you already have.

We create our lives through our thoughts and feelings being answered. What we send out is returned back to us in kind. This is the science of manifestation at work.

People that live out their lives experiencing poverty and scarcity usually will broadcast these needy expressions in negative ways. Like attracts like, therefore, the universal consciousness that we are all a part of sends back to us more of the same. Just as positive affirmations and states of mind return to us the same. This helps to answer why some of us believe that our glass is half empty, and others experience their glass as half full.

Law of Attraction and Gratitude Resources

If you start your day with feelings of gratitude you will feel good and you can keep that feeling all day.

But you should also write down something like this: “I am so happy and grateful that…” and then write what you would like to have. For example: “I am very happy and grateful that I make $1 million per year; that I have wonderful and loving wife…etc.” Use the present tense, visualize the things you want, be grateful for them, and think about them as already yours. When you achieve them, you can add new things to your list. When you write about money, start first with amount you believe is possible and then increase the amount when you got the amount you’d written down. Be specific.

When you start doing as described above, at first you might feel strange that you are using present tense for the things you want to have in the future, but it’s important to train your mind and force your mind to think about them in present tense. After some time of playing such “mental ping pong” your mind will obey and will help you to achieve the things you want.

It is important to be consistent with expressing gratitude. Expressing the gratitude writing every day in a notebook is very helpful.
