To succeed in landing a career couldn’t be any harder. What with layoffs, downsizing, reorganizations, business failures, people are competing for work even more now. And some people who are doing it often enough, now know tips and techniques to be effective in their job search.
Gone are the days when people worked for the same company for an entire career. Now, people are considered lucky or exceptionally talented if they can keep their jobs for more than a few years.
